Incentives at Sea and Beyond USA LLC is a privately owned travel advisory firm specializing exclusively in the global cruising industry.

Established in 2024, we operate almost entirely within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) sector — connecting incentive houses and corporate America to nearly every ocean and river cruise line worldwide.

We are proudly affiliated with our parent company, Incentives at Sea and Beyond South Africa, which brings over 30 years of experience in crafting and executing cruise-based incentive programs across multiple continents. This heritage empowers us with deep industry insight, strong global partnerships, and the operational excellence required to deliver programs that perform — both at sea and on shore.

Mark Twain had much to say about the impact of travel on world knowledge!

Having traveled frequently himself, Stefano shares the sentiment of Mr Twain’s.
“Only when we experience the unfamiliar, only then can our opinions, outlook, prejudices and sometimes even our values shift or perhaps even change!”
With many years’ experience in engaging and dealing with all sorts, Stefano is well suited to roles where he can challenge and assist people in reaching their goals as well as assisting the same people with regards to business development and how these interact and engage in turn with others.
“This ties in directly with why I get up in the morning, I don’t get up because I need to, I get up because I want to. I want to add value to people’s lives and assist them in creating successes not only for them but through them for all they come into contact with”.

Stefano believes firmly in the afore mentioned and further says that if you’re not changing, not adapting to the world around you, not adding value to people and companies, you’re place is reserved alongside that of the dinosaurs and that perhaps one day, somewhere, someone will remember, ...perhaps!

INCENTIVES AT SEA AND BEYOND USA caters almost exclusively for the MICE industry, fulfilling a gap in the market that has been there for a long time.
With over 30 years of travel experience, Dalene has built up contacts with suppliers in Air travel, Ocean Cruising, River Cruising and Tour Operators in almost all ports of call around the globe.
The recent additional service of offering certain exclusive shore excursions is something that Dalene is very excited about.
What does that mean?
